Frequently asked pricing questions
autoRetouch operates on “credits” which you can purchase within the app. The minimum credit balance you can top-up is €5,00 + VAT.
Every time you process an image, the amount will be deducted from you or your organization’s credit balance.
We start off your new account with €1,00 of credits to use as you please. Once you have used up your free credits, you can top up your balance by clicking the credit card symbol in the navigation bar.
There is no minimum balance, but there is a minimum amount you can add to your account a one time, which is €5,00 + VAT.
Please note though, that you will need at least €0.10 in your account to process one image.
All payments and orders are processed and handled via our Merchant of Record “Paddle.com”. At the moment, we support payments by credit card or Paypal via Paddle.com.
You will receive an invoice from Paddle.com.
That depends on the edits applied in the workflow you are using to process the images. The basic cost is €0.10, and for some advanced features there are additional up-charges.
You can always see the price per image in the workflow builder and in run mode.
