Join the team

We're building the platform that will define how fashion content is produced. These are the roles we're hiring for right now.

Product Designer (H/F/X)

Paris, France Full-time Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Apply for this role

Grand Shooting x AutoRetouch is the result of the merger of two leaders in visual content production and AI-powered image processing, aiming to be a global leader in the visual content production space for the fashion and retail industry by 2030. The company is currently undergoing a transformative phase of its life, where product and design matter more than ever.

Join the team to co-own the user experience of our unified platform, from discovery to delivery. You will be the first product designer on a growing product team, which means you won't wait for briefs to land on your desk. You will dig into user problems, propose solutions, test them, and ship them alongside product and engineering. This is a founding role for someone who wants to shape both a product and a design culture from the ground up.

You will be joining a product team of 3 (soon 4), under the leadership of Clement, Head of Product, and will be interacting closely with the rest of the wider team, from sales to customer success and production specialists.

What you'll be doing

  • Co-own product solutions with the PM: validate problems, explore options, and propose the right UX before anything reaches engineering
  • Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, workflow observation) and synthesize findings into actionable insights
  • Design end-to-end flows, from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity UI, for GenAI, computer vision, and workflow products
  • Participate in team rituals (dailies, sprint planning, reviews) as a core member of the product trio (PM, Designer, Engineering)
  • Build and maintain a coherent design system across Grand Shooting and AutoRetouch as the products converge
  • Audit existing product flows and proactively surface UX issues or improvement opportunities

As you grow into your role

  • Lead design for larger cross-team initiatives
  • Run discovery sprints autonomously and present recommendations to leadership
  • Mentor future designers joining the team
  • Contribute to product strategy through a design lens

What we expect from you

  • You are currently based in Paris and can work from the office 3 days a week minimum
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a product designer (or UX/UI designer actively doing research and interaction design, not only visual execution)
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end product work: problem framing, exploration, final UI, and ideally the reasoning behind your decisions
  • Comfort with user research methods (you have run interviews or usability tests before, not just consumed their output)
  • Proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Stitch, Claude Design)
  • Autonomy and initiative. When you don't have an active brief, you find useful things to do: audit flows, benchmark competitors, improve the design system, talk to users
  • You can naturally interact in English with stakeholders (internal and external, written and spoken). French is not required, but would be a plus as many of our customers are French-speaking
  • Interest in eCommerce, visual content production, or AI-powered tools

Our product stack

  • Linear for roadmapping, backlog and sprint management
  • Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborative review
  • Claude and Claude Code for prototyping and light tooling
  • Notion for internal documentation
  • Metabase for data visualization
  • Datadog Product Analytics for product analytics

Perks and benefits

  • Be the founding product designer and shape the design culture from day one
  • Swile card, Alan with full family cover, flexible remote policy
  • Modern private office at WeWork rue Jules Lefebvre in central Paris (great coffee, yoga sessions, rooftop)
  • An ambitious international startup at the crossroads of eCommerce and AI
  • Regular performance reviews and career progression support

We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
